Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell's daughter is already thinking about her future, and the actor and podcast host is open to helping her achieve any goal.

During Monday's episode of his *Armchair Expert podcast*, Shepard shared that Delta, 11, has recently expressed her desire to become a mom.

"Delta was saying how she can't wait to have a baby," Shepard told his podcast co-host, Monica Padman. "I said, 'When do you think you'll have your first child, when you turn 18?' I want to be supportive of whatever. I don’t want to plant any seeds that I’d be judgmental or whatever."

"For people who don't know, our life is a traveling circus of Delty's stuffies," the father of two added for listeners. "The bulk of our luggage as a family are her stuffies."

Shepard, who is also dad to 12-year-old daughter Lincoln with Bell, said he thinks Delta would make a great mom when she's older and wanted to project a non-judgmental vibe by offering his support. Delta confirmed that she didn't see herself becoming a mom at the age of 18 — which was less than seven years away.

Considering her answer, Shepard guessed that Delta would have her first child between 35 and 45 years old.

"I said, 'If you want to, we'll freeze your eggs when you're 18. I'll pay for you to get your eggs frozen so you don't have to think about that,' " Shepard explained, adding, "acknowledging all luck and privilege, obviously, this isn't an option for most people."

He continued, "But I think given where it's, the trajectory it would make the most sense. I think they're going to be wrestling with the same thing every woman is. You're gonna want to do your career...."

Delta was apparently not as convinced with her father's estimated age-range, deeming it "too old," and believing her mid-20s would be the perfect age to start having kids. But both Padman and Shepard felt that Delta was "underestimating" how much fun she would be having at that age.****"Again, she’s 11 so that probably seems like 80... It won't be time for her to be in the house every night with a child," Shepard said.

The revelation is par the course when it comes to previous insights into Shepard and Bell's parenting style. It also isn't the first time Shepard has discussed his daughters' future on an episode of his podcast.

Back in 2023, Shepard lamented the future of his daughters beginning to date, confessing that he's "not going to love seeing some 25-year-old dude in boxers in my kitchen" if the girls have adult "sleepovers" with their significant others as they get older.

While he is "very pro-sex" and wants his daughters to be "very happy and adventurous" when it comes to love, he doesn't want any of it happening under his own roof.**
