Tom Brady says he doesn't "have much time for a personal life" these days.
Speaking to PEOPLE at the Fanatics Studios launch party in Los Angeles on Jan. 13, the retired quarterback says he's all work and little play lately.
"You know what? I don't have much time for a personal life or much time for myself, but I love working and I love my kids," Brady says.
"I like to be busy and try to really stay fulfilled in the things I'm doing, so I'm working on some really cool projects and I'm involved with some great teams of people that are doing some really positive things," he continues.

The father-of-three adds, "And then obviously, my little babies at home," before correcting himself, "No, they're not babies anymore."
"My oldest is 18," Brady says, referring to son Jack, who he shares with his ex-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan. "But seeing him thrive and grow, and there's nothing greater for a parent when you're seeing your kids do well."

Updating PEOPLE on Benjamin Rein and Vivian Lake, who he shares with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, Brady says Benjamin, 16, "is doing great as a sophomore" and his "little baby girl in seventh grade," Vivian, 13, "is a little kick-ass volleyball player," he says.
"I'm so blessed in so many parts of my life," Brady adds.
Brady's admission that he doesn't have much time for a personal life comes just after the retired NFL star — who will sort of come out of retirement again in March at the Fanatics Flag Football Classic — was spotted cozying up to influencer Alix Earle at a New Year's Eve party in St. Barth's.

The two were spotted closely talking and being touchy at the event and videos quickly surfaced of their flirty encounter.
Just hours after the videos went viral, Brady shared an Instagram Story about "beautiful" people. He reposted a photo that read: "People are not beautiful for how they look or speak. They're beautiful for how they love, care and treat others," alongside an image of two monks smiling at each other and holding hands.
Brady also added three red heart emojis over the Instagram Story, and the song "Let It All Work Out," by Lil Wayne.
