Kai Trump has marked the joyful announcement that her mother, Vanessa, is cancer-free, posting an uncommon photograph with boyfriend Tiger Woods.
The 82-time PGA Tour champion and U.S. President Trump's former daughter-in-law went public with their romance in March 2025, prior to Trump receiving a breast cancer diagnosis in April.
She made her diagnosis public via social media on May 20, 2026, after undergoing an initial medical procedure, but has now revealed she is cancer-free. Commemorating the milestone, Vanessa positioned herself next to the ceremonial bell beneath a "congratulations" banner.

The family gathered for a photograph, shared by YouTube star Kai, and was joined by brother Donald III and golfing icon Woods.
Throughout Breast Cancer Awareness month, 48-year-old Vanessa featured in an extensive video with Kai and Dr. Nicole Saphier to share her experience.

"My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in April," Kai explained in a clip posted to social media. "So we thought we would share her story and how she was diagnosed and how she overcame it."

Vanessa contemplated these hardships, as her diagnosis arrived during a challenging time for Woods, who was caught in a car crash in late March shortly after suggesting a possible comeback for the 2026 Masters.
In May, Trump disclosed that she had undergone a procedure. "I want to share a personal health update," Trump posted on social media.
"I've recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. While this isn't news anyone expects, I'm working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan.
"I am staying focused and hopeful while surrounded by the love and support of my family, my kids and those closest to me. Thank you for your kindness and support, it truly means more than I can express."
Just weeks earlier, the 48-year-old provided an update confirming her recovery from treatment, with Kai sharing with FOX News her appreciation for the precious time spent with her mother throughout this challenging period.
"I was very lucky to spend a lot of time with her over the summer, because of cancer and going to treatments with her," Kai said in August.
"It was a blessing in disguise, because I was able to spend extra time with her that I would normally probably spend on the golf course. It was nice to spend those extra hours with her throughout the day before going to college."
