Snoop Dogg’s return to the NFL halftime stage during the Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings Christmas Day game was unforgettable, thanks in part to the breakout K-pop group HUNTR/X.

The trio, composed of EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami, brought an electrifying energy to Snoop Dogg’s Holiday Halftime Party, streamed globally on Netflix from U.S. Bank Stadium.

The performance opened with Snoop Dogg rocking a fire-engine-red double-breasted suit paired with a long, fuzzy coat. He led the audience through a medley of his greatest hits, including “The One and Only” and “Nuthin’ But a ‘G’ Thang”, while a marching band and orchestra added to the holiday spectacle.

HUNTR/X joined Snoop Dogg for a modern K-pop rendition of “The 12 Days of Christmas,” merging traditional holiday cheer with vibrant pop choreography. The collaboration immediately resonated with viewers.

K-pop sensation HUNTR/X has become a cultural phenomenon, thanks to Netflix’s smash hit Kpop Demon Hunters. EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami provide the voices behind the fictional girl group Huntrix in the film.

Their live performances have left fans raving, from the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade to today’s halftime show. The trio’s connection with the audience was palpable, especially during their collaborative finale with Lainey Wilson and Andrea Bocelli on “White Christmas.”

This year marks the second consecutive year that Netflix has broadcast NFL Christmas Day games, featuring high-profile halftime performances. Last year, Beyoncé headlined the inaugural special. Snoop Dogg, Lainey Wilson and HUNTR/X elevated the tradition, blending hip-hop, country and K-pop into a singular musical celebration.

Snoop Dogg’s performance was also bookended by Martha Stewart’s playful introduction, quoting her spin on “Twas the Night Before Christmas”: “Fans forgot about their beef, because gin and juice filled the air.”
