Nicki Minaj boasted her praise for President Donald Trump ahead of their rally in Michigan.
On October 25, Minaj, 43, took to social media to share a brief clip from her trip on Air Force One ahead of her Michigan rally with President Trump, 80. She sat down with White House Director of Communications Steven Cheung while aboard the flight for an interview. During their nearly three-minute discussion, she hailed Trump, 80, as a "great guy." She also boasted how the president "surely knows what to do with the country" as a "businessman."
Cheung captioned the post, "Ladies and gentlemen, I think we may have found the new White House Press Secretary!" This came after a Fox News host awkwardly cut off the president amid his rambling live interview.

In the first clip, Minaj wrote the hashtag, #AirForceBarbie, while filming the interior of the customized Boeing jumbo jet.
Towards the end of the clip, she was introduced to the White House Director as an off-screen individual said, "Thank you. This is a very special person to us. Mr. Steven Cheung. He is in charge of messaging strategy for the White House."
In the following clip, Cheung sat across from the music superstar on a rectangular-shaped table.

Cheung asked her, "Where do you think the economy is with President Trump?"
Minaj replied, "Well, we have a president who understands economics first of all. You know, I've said before that the president is, nationally, a businessman. He's worked his way out of not having a dollar left in the bank.

"If he can do that himself, with his own finances, surely he knows what to do with the country. He's tough internationally. He tells them what we need, not what they need."
Cheung then questioned her if she could name anyone "who works harder than the president?"

The Right Thru Me singer answered, "Absolutely not!" and claimed, "The man won three elections!"
She went on, "He wakes up at four o'clock in the morning. He outworks people who are half his age. You, what does that say about his character? He's paying it forward. He's thinking about the other Republicans who have to win in this election.
"That tells me that he's a great guy," she boasted while closing.
This is not the only time the star bragged highly about Trump online.
On October 21, Minaj took to X to reply to a video that a fan account had posted.

In the footage, President Trump referred to Grammy nominee as “my favorite” right when she entered the Oval Office.
Trump added that she had “been with him for a long time.”
While quoting the original post, Minaj wrote, “Not going anywhere. Right where I need to be,” adding an emoji of two hands clasped in prayer.
