In light of the criticism, Frankie deleted the video and uploaded a new announcement.

In the comments section was a message from Paige, who called the world âso f***edâ for being cruel to him.
âFrankie, I am so sorry that you felt the need to delete an old fun video of our family because people are so cruel to you,â she said.
âDivorce is bad, sure â itâs not like weâre excited about it⊠but weâre two adults who know how to be on the same team,â she added. âI canât believe people could scrutinize that.â

Netizens continued being snarky, saying some things âdeserve to stay deleted.â
âFrankie out here dropping a divorce announcement like itâs a Malcolm in the Middle blooper reel,â one said online. âKid doing the guitar solo while mom and dad âcelebrateâ splitting up is wild. Some things deserve to stay deleted, bro.â
âLiterally start shaming parents who normalize divorce for no reason. Learn to be a family guys,â another said.

Others defended Frankie, saying, âWhat I can see is the child is happy and thatâs whatâs important. Nothing about this says heâs celebrating breaking up his family.â
Conservative political commentator and author Michael Knowles also shared a tweet, saying: âMuniz deleted the bizarre video of him and his wife dancing to celebrate their divorce. But he reposted the same nauseous text.â
âThis is the most offensive part of liberal âmorality.â Itâs not enough that we tolerate their sin and vice. They demand that we celebrate it,â he tweeted.

Michael went on to call divorce âprofoundly evil.â
âBut in a fallen world, it will occur. Such is life. But to ask that we celebrate it? Itâs simply beyond the pale,â he added.

âIt wasnât to celebrate our divorce. Far from it. We grieved our divorce beyond anything you can imagine,â the actor said.
âIt was to celebrate the fact that weâre both adults and can handle it like adults moving forward, amicably,â he added.
The actor said people were used to seeing couples do a lot of âhideous mudslingingâ when their relationships end, so they didnât know how to take it when âtwo people are cordial.â
âI would rather have divorced parents that donât fight anymore than parents who stay together unhappily,â one commented online
