Lindsay Arnold is sharing an encouraging update on her postpartum journey.

Just weeks after welcoming her third child, the former Dancing with the Stars pro revealed that breastfeeding her newborn son has gone "so well" despite previous concerns about whether she'd be able to nurse following her breast augmentation and breast lift.

Responding to fan questions on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, June 30, Arnold, 32, said she was relieved to find that breastfeeding has been just as smooth as it was with her older children.

"It's going SO well 🥹," Arnold wrote. "I was curious with how it would go as I knew there was a chance I wouldn't be able to after my augmentation and lift but happy to report that it's been the exact same experience as it was with my girls! Milk supply has been great no issues latching and I'm just really grateful 🫶🏻."

Arnold welcomed her son, Hayes Duff Cusick, with husband Samuel Cusick on June 10.

"Hayes Duff Cusick 🩵 our son blessed our lives forever on 6/10/26 at 8:01am🫶🏻 7lbs 18.5in of pure heaven and we feel so beyond grateful that he is ours 🥹," she captioned the post revealing his name. "Middle name twins with his grandpa Joshua Duff Arnold🥹 #babyboy #babyboyname."

She later shared another glimpse into life as a family of five, posting a touching video of daughters Sage Jill, 5, and June Cusick, 3, meeting their baby brother for the first time.

"A moment we will never forget 🥹🩵," Arnold captioned the video.

Arnold also offered another postpartum update on Instagram Stories, sharing that she and her husband have resumed working out together after she received clearance from her doctor following her recent C-section.

"Mom and dad workout dates are back in action and I'm so happy about it!" she wrote before emphasizing that her recovery plan is specific to her own circumstances.

"To be VERY clear I was cleared by my doctor at my 2 week post op appointment to resume LIGHT activity," Arnold wrote. "This is what my doctor said for me personally — I am in no way saying that this is a one size fits all situation — everyone should listen to their doctor's recommendations and most importantly listen to your body."

She added that because this was her third C-section, she feels more confident recognizing what her body can handle during recovery.

"For me right now at 3 weeks postpartum — slow walking (30 min at 3 speed), some light arm work (3 lb weights), and some postnatal core work is what feels good on my body," Arnold wrote. "Everyone is different and everyone healing journey is different 🫶🏻."

Arnold has been candid about her decision to undergo breast augmentation in the past.

Speaking on The Squeeze podcast last year, the dancer said she'd long planned to have the procedure after becoming a mom but eventually realized she didn't need to wait until she was finished having children.

"I always was the person that said once I'm done having kids, I would like to get a breast augmentation," Arnold said. "That was always my plan. I didn't always know I was gonna do it now."

She recalled asking whether it was even possible to undergo the surgery before having more children, only to learn that she could still become pregnant afterward.

"So it kind of got to a point where I was like, 'Why am I waiting?' My mom actually was like, 'Why would you wait?' " Arnold said.

Although she knew future pregnancies could change the results, Arnold said she never questioned the decision.

"I have no regrets," she said. "And it's just been a really fun thing for me."

"At the end of the day, it's my body and that's what I wanted to do. Amen."
