Kris Jenner went into the archives to find her latest red carpet look.

On Saturday, Oct. 24, the business mogul and reality star, 70, took inspiration from both her daughter, Kim Kardashian, and Elizabeth Taylor when choosing her outfit for the All’s Fair season 2 premiere at the Rome Film Festival.

She walked the red carpet in the archival black velvet hood that Taylor famously wore when she attended Princess Grace of Monaco’s 40th birthday celebration at Hôtel Hermitage in Monte-Carlo in 1969.

Designed by Tiziani, the hood features two scorpions on the chest to honor Princess Grace’s astrological sign, Scorpio. Jenner paired the look with white gloves.

Earlier this month, Kardashian, 46, wore the same scorpion-adorned cape while filming season 2 of Ryan Murphy’s drama, which will debut on Hulu with three new episodes on Wednesday, Nov. 4.

In a trailer for the upcoming season, Kardashian, who is reprising her role as divorce lawyer Allura Grant, could be seen accessorizing the vintage look with the 69.42-carat Taylor-Burton Diamond on a custom Cartier diamond necklace, along with the Krupp Diamond ring on her left hand.

She also styled her hair in a slick bun and wore natural glam makeup to complement the look.

“Fun fact about the cape my mom is wearing,” Kardashian wrote on her Instagram Stories alongside a photo of herself and Jenner at the show’s Italian screening. “It belonged to Elizabeth Taylor, and my mom now owns it and graciously let me wear it in All’s Fair.”

“After Ryan Murphy heard the story of Elizabeth Taylor wearing it to Grace Kelly’s Scorpion Ball, naturally, he made sure to write an episode about Allura Grant throwing her own Scorpion Ball,” she continued. “I’m the luckiest girl to have borrowed it from my mom.”

While Jenner sported the archival cape at the recent premiere, Kardashian wore an archival YSL leopard-print corset gown with a matching shawl.

“What a whirlwind you looked STUNNING,” Jenner commented underneath her daughter’s recap post. “I love you!!!”
