Shortly after *Jersey Shore* costar Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino raised concerns over his costar's troubling behavior, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has posted a series of videos and quotes about mental health.

In April, the reality star appeared to be disioriented and nodding off during a group interview with the cast of* **Jersey Shore: Family Vacation** *on SiriusXM. Sorrentino, who has been sober for over a decade, took to Instagram on May 1 to share concerns over that particular situation.

"I want to be clear that I am not responsible for the actions of any other cast member," he wrote in the comments of an Instagram post. "At the same time, my heart is heavy seeing what Ron, a grown adult, chose to present during press. This situation is still developing, and while I do not know the full extent of what he may be going through, I do know it is separate from my path."

In February 2019, Ortiz-Magro revealed he sought help at HeadWaters holistic treatment center in West Palm Beach, Florida, to deal with alcohol abuse and depression, remaining admitted for about a month.

"I decided to go to treatment because I wanted to be a better person, a better father for my daughter," he told* **Us Weekly*. "Eventually, all the bad decisions I was making were going to lead me to places that I didn’t want to be. I wanted to be led to the place that I am now — that’s happy, healthy and the best role model for my daughter."
