The Nashville-based YouTuber and influencer, 26, is pregnant and expecting her first baby with her Survivor: Ghost Island alum husband, Michael Yerger, 27, a rep for Keech confirms exclusively to PEOPLE. The couple, who got married in 2025, is set to welcome their little one this upcoming Christmas.

"I had an inkling that I was pregnant because my temperature dipped below baseline for one day during my luteal phase, around 6 DPO [days past ovulation], which can happen around the time of implantation," says Keech, who was also a founding member of the Hype House. "Several days later, I started waking up in the middle of the night completely parched, chugging water."

Yerger competed on the 36th season of Survivor and came in 9th place.

"I was also super out of breath, even just from talking. So, I decided to take the test at 10 DPO. The line was so faint — I mean, hardly there. I didn't show Michael because he would have thought I was crazy," she adds.

However, Keech kept taking tests, and each day, the line got darker.

"Over the next couple of days, the line got darker and darker, so I ran over to Michael while he was sleeping and woke him up with a little chirp," remembers the mom-to-be. "We were both so excited and grateful."

"I would prefer to do a home birth, but I'm trusting God and am okay with whatever plan He has for us," she explains.

When the two were able to tell their families about their good news, they say they received so much excitement and support — especially since this will be the first grandchild on both sides.

"Thankfully, I haven't been bedridden with nausea — just little bits here and there if I don't eat every couple of hours," says Keech. "I would say the fatigue has been the hardest part. I definitely get burnt out a lot quicker and have to be more intentional about what I put my energy toward each day."

"I've noticed my symptoms get much worse and more debilitating if I don't sleep well or if I push myself too hard the day before," she continues.

As for her cravings, Keech says many fall into the category of "crunchy foods."

"In the beginning, I craved oranges, whole milk and crunchy foods," she notes. "Lately, I've been reaching for pickles and grapes to satisfy my chip cravings."

Keech and Yerger are about to find out the sex of their little one and are planning on doing a cake reveal. They have also already started talking about names.

"We've always wanted to be parents, so I have tons of names saved in my Notes app," she says. "I think we've finally landed on our top boy and girl names."

Above all else, Keech says she's grateful to be able to grow her family and that she can't wait to become a mom.

"I couldn't be more excited to be a mommy. Ever since I was little, I've dreamed of this day," she says. "It feels so surreal to think that we'll be holding our little baby this Christmas! I know Michael will be the best father, and I can't wait to see him step into that role."
