Brittany and Patrick Mahomes had a night out in New York City on the eve of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding.

The couple stepped out for a meal with friends at Meduza Mediterrania, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in the Meatpacking District, according to photos shared on Instagram by Paige Buechele, wife of Buffalo Bills quarterback Shane Buechele, who previously played for the Kansas City Chiefs.

In the photos, Brittany, 30, can be seen posing with Paige and two other women inside the restaurant. The mom of three wore a bronze-colored top and a short skirt with her blonde hair styled in soft waves.

Paige captioned her post, "Good food, great laughs ❤️‍🔥 so needed!"

In the comments, Brittany replied, "The girls are back in townnnnn😍🤍."

Brittany also shared two photos on her Instagram Stories, where she is seen embracing Mahomes, 30, during the restaurant outing. In one of the snaps, she held a small Gucci purse while the Chiefs quarterback, who wore an all-black look and sneakers, hugged her from behind.

The couple's night out came as their close friends, Swift and Kelce, celebrated their rehearsal dinner with loved ones on Thursday, July 2, at Madison Square Garden, which has been transformed over the past four days for the big event.

Around 6 p.m., the couple's celebrity friends — including Selena Gomez, Lena Dunham, Jack Antonoff, Erin Andrews, Abigail Anderson, Charissa Thompson, Greg Olsen and Aric Jones — were seen arriving at the iconic arena.

A number of other friends of the bride and groom have also been spotted on the streets of New York over the past few days, among them, San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle and his wife, Claire Kittle, former NFL player Beau Allen, Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers, Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford and his wife, Kelly Stafford, and Chiefs offensive lineman Creed Humphrey and his fiancée, Ana Demmer.

Travis' mother, Donna Kelce, was also seen arriving in N.Y.C. on Thursday.

Ahead of the event, Gomez, 33, shared a video on her Instagram Stories revealing a glimpse of her look for Swift's soirée. She could be seen applying a Rare Beauty lipstick while riding in a car. The Only Murders in the Building star's stylist, Erin Walsh, later shared that her look included a black Oscar de la Renta strapless dress with a thigh-high slit, Jimmy Choo shoes and Fernando Jorge jewelry.

Mahomes, 30, and Kelce, 36, share a close friendship both on and off the field. They have played together on the Chiefs since 2017, when Mahomes was selected as the 10th overall pick in the first round of that year's NFL draft. The two athletes also co-own the luxury steakhouse, 1587 Prime, in Kansas City, Mo.

Swift, 36, and Brittany, meanwhile, sparked a friendship after the 14-time Grammy winner began dating Kelce in 2023. Since then, the two have been seen sitting together and cheering on their partners at many Chiefs games.

The two couples have also stepped out together for double dates. Mahomes and Brittany even flew to Amsterdam to support Swift at one of her Eras Tour shows in July 2024.

Swift and Travis, who announced their engagement in August 2025, are expected to celebrate their wedding at Madison Square Garden on Friday, July 3. According to The New York Times, the couple will be joined by roughly 1,000 guests for the occasion.

Earlier in the day, preparations continued at MSG. Multiple white tents were erected outside the arena, and workers could be seen installing pink curtains in the windows of the iconic arena.

A source told PEOPLE that the interior of the venue looks "insane," and that the seats in the arena have been "draped off" as finishing touches were put on the event setup.
