There’s also several trophies the actor won during his decade playing Chandler Bing, including a 1995 Screen Actors Guild Award and 2004 Kids' Choice Award.

But the most instantly recognizable item in the auction is Perry’s own reproduction of the yellow peephole frame that hung on the back of Monic’s apartment door — which has a starting bid of $500.

Perry was such a massive Batman fan, he actually built a “Batcave” at his home. And many of his collectibles will be up for auction, from coffee mugs and cufflinks to his absolute “favorite thing,” a limited-edition watch created to commemorate*The Dark Knight Rises* that Perry found in Hong Kong.

Proxy bidding is now open via Heritage Auctions before the live auction begins on June 5.

And it’s all for a good cause. Net proceeds from the auction will benefit the Matthew Perry Foundation, which works to end the stigma of addiction.

The beloved star struggled with drugs and alcohol for decades before he suffered a fatal overdose at his Los Angeles home in October 2023. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, the 54-year-old actor’s cause of death was the “acute effects of ketamine.”

A subsequent investigation led to the indictment of five individuals charged with providing ketamine to Perry, including two doctors, a friend, and personal assistant, all of whom either pleaded guilty or were convicted. In April, “Ketamine Queen” Jasveen Sangha was sentenced to 15 years in prison for selling the drug to Perry that ultimately killed him.
