Bad Suns, one of the most recognizable indie rock bands to rise in the 2010s, has officially announced plans for a major 2026 tour, bringing their high-energy live shows back to fans across the United States and overseas.

The Los Angeles-based trio shared the news on Instagram, confirming that their popular Acceleratour will return next year after a successful run that left many fans asking for more.

At the center of the announcement is a clear message: the band enjoyed their recent shows so much that stopping was not feasible.

In their caption, Bad Suns wrote, “we had such a great time this fall that it seemed crazy not to keep this going… the acceleratour is so back & coming to a city near you in the US this spring.”

The 2026 tour will begin overseas before moving to North America. Bad Suns are set to kick things off on Feb. 28, 2026, at King Tut’s in Glasgow, UK. From there, the band will make stops across Ireland, England, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Denmark. These early shows give European fans a chance to experience Acceleratour live before the tour shifts its focus to the United States.

After wrapping up the international leg, Bad Suns will launch the U.S. portion of the Acceleratour on March 27, 2026, at the Boulder Theater in Boulder, Colorado. The American tour includes 24 dates across 20 states, spanning from late March to the end of April. Cities like Kansas City, St. Louis, Madison, Columbus, Asbury Park, Baltimore, Orlando, San Antonio and Tucson are all part of the schedule.

‘Acceleratour’ Era Fuels Bad Suns’ 2026 Tour Momentum

The Acceleratour supports Bad Suns’ fifth studio album, Accelerator, which has been described as their strongest work in years. The album’s lead single, “Communicating,” gained strong traction on alternative rock radio and helped push the band into a new chapter.

Formed as teenagers in 2012, Christo Bowman, Gavin Bennett and Miles Morris have grown alongside their audience, and that growth is reflected in their recent music.

While the band has faced changes over the years, including becoming a trio, Accelerator shows a renewed sense of purpose. The upcoming tour feels like a celebration of that progress.

Ticket access is another key part of the announcement. Fans looking for early entry can text the word PRESALE to 478-BAD-SUNS to receive information about artist presales and VIP packages.

The band also addressed fans who may have been missed during earlier tour stops.

“If we missed you on the first round, now’s your chance,” the caption read. For those still outside the route, Bad Suns added a lighthearted note, suggesting it might be time for a road trip.

With a full schedule and an album that has reconnected them with longtime listeners, Bad Suns’ 2026 tour plans mark a major moment for the band. For fans who grew up with their music in the 2010s, the Acceleratour offers another opportunity to experience that sound live, louder and closer than ever.
